Welcome to Edurosy. By accessing or using our mobile application (“Edurosy”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Edurosy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the app indicates your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

Edurosy is designed to provide organized learning resources for general studies courses in higher institutions. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• You must not misuse the app, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupt its functionality.
• You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Account

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Edurosy, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of Edurosy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app’s content without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these services.

6. User-Generated Content

If the app allows users to submit content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Edurosy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content for app-related purposes.

You warrant that your submitted content:

• Does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Is not illegal, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Edurosy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the app’s performance, availability, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
